Clinked: Brand Your Org


Hello!


In this post, I will show you how you can brand your Clinked Portal. You can follow along, then adapt the steps to your needs and situation. If you visit upcell.co, you will find related videos regarding Clinked.


For those of you who are not familiar with this software, Clinked is a Secure Client Portal tailored for your business.



Let’s get started!

Once logged in, navigate to the Settings page (accessible from the menu on the left). Then, select Branding.


You will now be able to update various information to ensure that your Portal reflects your company branding.

Top navbar color:

  • This option allows you to update the background color of the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

  • This option allows you to update the font and icon color of the navigation bar at the top of your screen.

Primary color:

  • This color option will be used for all buttons/menu tabs on your site. It will also be used for coloring your Group Labels.

Secondary color:

  • This option will update the color in the following locations:

    • Settings -> Subscription -> Change Package

    • Audit Trail -> Save as CSV

    • Task -> All Tasks -> Export as CSV

Dark dropdown menu theme:

  • This feature will add a dark background to the menu when turned on.

Logo:

  • The company logo will be displayed in the top left corner of the client portal.


Favicon:

  • The company’s shortcut icon (URL icon) will be updated.

Background image for login page:

  • By default, you can leave it blank, as your domain will have your company name. If you want to personalize it, you can add a logo.

Font:

  • Clinked offers a few standard fonts, but it also lets you import custom fonts as long as they are uploaded using a .ttf file.
